Return & Exchange Policy

We don’t offer returns and exchanges but We are happy to take back non-worn and clean jewelry for Store Credit. If there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us. Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item please contact hello@mygo2.store within 24 hours of receiving the package to resolve the problem. Please include your order number along with a picture of the damaged item.
